It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to follow our procedure rules, as mentioned below, for your complaint regarding the delivery. We will do our utmost to resolve your complaint as best we can for you. 

1. Damages or delivery errors:

Have you received a damaged or incomplete package? Please let us know within 24 hours of delivery by sending us an e-mail with a clear description of the damage and accompanying photos. Remember to include your name (or the name of the orderer) and the order number. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for any returns.

2. Defective item within or outside the warranty period:

Should you have a defective item within (or outside) the warranty period, please send us your details (and order number) and a clear description of the problem (including photos). You will then receive further instructions from us by e-mail. Please note that if the defect was caused by improper use, we will charge the costs incurred.  

3. RETURNS - within 14 days

We offer our customers a 14-day trial period. This period commences on the day of receipt of the products. Within this period, it is possible to cancel an order, provided a valid reason is given. However, used products do not fall under this trial period. For example, assembling a (cross) bow may result in user marks and is therefore not covered by the trial period. Unpacking a product to view it does fall within the trial period.

If you decide to cancel your order, you again have 14 days to return the product. We will credit the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product including all accessories must be returned to Boogschietshop in its original condition and packaging.

Return instructions - within 14 days: At Boogschietshop, we have a return policy whereby you can exercise the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving them. Before doing so, we ask that you contact us at info@boogschietshop.nl so that we can provide you with the correct return address.
The products you return must be clean, complete and in their original packaging. Therefore, please ensure that you include the packing slip and, if applicable, use the cardboard box in which the product was delivered to return your items. Damaged, used or incomplete items are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns that have not been sent according to the return instructions: These returns may be refused. In this case, the shipment will be returned to the shipping address or, in the case of a pick-up point, to the billing address of the respective order. The payment obligation will then remain. 

Upon receipt of your return, it will be checked internally for the condition of the product. Provided the product is returned in good condition and without signs of use, the order amount due will be refunded within 10 working days. Please provide us with the correct account number and the name of the account holder. A pro rata deduction will be made for any damage, traces of use or missing items.

It is not allowed to return items after the trial period, unless it concerns a guarantee.

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by emailing info@boogschietshop.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
