The EK Archery JAG 2 Pro Camo 175 lbs combines the straightforward mechanics of a full-size recurve crossbow with modern ergonomics, additional safety features and a distinctive camouflage finish. With a 175 lbs draw weight, an 11 inch power stroke and speeds of up to 230 FPS with a 350 grain bolt, it provides the same performance and equipment as the black JAG 2 Pro in a Camo finish.
The JAG 2 Pro particularly distinguishes itself from traditional recurve crossbows through its ease of use. An adjustable stock, ergonomic AR grip, bullpup trigger, string stoppers, anti-dry-fire and especially the complete pre-strung front assembly make it a modern and comfortable alternative to a conventionally assembled full-size recurve.
The complete JAG 2 Pro front assembly comes with the string already installed and tensioned. You therefore do not first have to string the 175 lbs limb assembly yourself before assembling the crossbow. The pre-strung front section is attached to the main body, making initial assembly considerably easier than on a traditional recurve where the limb first needs to be strung separately.
The JAG 2 Pro Camo has a 175 lbs draw weight and an 11 inch power stroke. According to EK Archery's current specifications, maximum velocity is 230 FPS with a 350 grain bolt.
Despite this performance, the power system remains mechanically straightforward. The JAG 2 Pro uses a recurve design without cams or cables, making it attractive if you want traditional recurve simplicity combined with modern comfort.
The adjustable stock allows overall length to be adapted to the shooter. Its ergonomically shaped AR soft grip provides a comfortable and controlled hand position.
EK Archery also uses an extended bullpup trigger. This places the controls relatively far forward in the chassis, contributing to a more compact design and balanced handling for a full-size recurve crossbow.
The JAG 2 Pro features an anti-dry-fire system (ADF) designed to help prevent the crossbow from being fired without a suitable bolt. This is an additional safety feature and never replaces correct handling.
Standard string stoppers decelerate the string after the shot, reducing excess vibration and string movement and contributing to a more comfortable shooting experience.
The JAG 2 Pro Camo comes with a 3-dot red dot sight, giving you a practical aiming solution without first having to purchase a separate red dot or scope.
Three 16 inch aluminium bolts, a 3-bolt quiver, cocking rope, safety glasses and lube wax are also included. Picatinny mounting options and the modular stock and grip design provide additional possibilities for compatible accessories.
The JAG 2 Pro Camo and JAG 2 Pro Black are technically equivalent and offer the same core performance and features. The difference is the finish. Choose Camo if you specifically prefer the camouflage appearance. If price is the main consideration, the black version will generally be the more economical choice.

Fijne en krachtige kruisboog. Door de scope is het mohelijk om accuraat te schieten. Het enigste nadeel aan dit pakket is dat de pijlen te 'slap' zijn. Ik schiet op een schietblazoen van stro en alle pijlen zijn na een paar schoten al verbogen. Hierdoor schieten ze niet meer zoals ze horen. Verder niks mis mee!
