The EK Archery JAG 2 Pro 175 lbs is the comfort-focused and modern full-size recurve crossbow in EK Archery's JAG range. It combines the straightforward mechanics of a recurve crossbow with an adjustable stock, ergonomic AR grip, bullpup trigger, string stoppers, anti-dry-fire and a complete pre-strung front assembly.
With a 175 lbs draw weight, an 11 inch power stroke and speeds of up to 230 FPS with a 350 grain bolt, the JAG 2 Pro delivers full-size recurve performance. Its main advantages, however, are its easier setup, balanced handling and comprehensive equipment.
One of the JAG 2 Pro's most practical features is that the complete front assembly comes with the string already fitted and tensioned. You therefore do not first have to string the 175 lbs limb assembly yourself before assembling the crossbow. The pre-strung front section is mounted to the main body, making initial assembly considerably easier and more comfortable than on a traditional recurve crossbow where the limb first needs to be strung separately.
The JAG 2 Pro is considerably more than simply a heavier basic recurve crossbow. Its adjustable stock allows the overall length to be adapted to the shooter, while the ergonomically shaped AR soft grip provides additional control and comfort.
EK also uses an extended bullpup trigger. By moving the grip and trigger position forward within the chassis, the overall design becomes more compact and the crossbow achieves a more balanced feel despite its full-size recurve construction.
The standard string stoppers decelerate the string after the shot. This helps reduce vibration and excess string movement and contributes to a more comfortable shooting experience.
The JAG 2 Pro also features an anti-dry-fire system (ADF). This additional safety feature helps prevent the crossbow from being fired without a bolt. ADF is an additional safeguard and never replaces correct and safe handling.
The JAG 2 Pro comes with a 3-dot red dot sight, providing a practical aiming solution straight away without first having to purchase a separate red dot or scope.
Three 16 inch aluminium bolts, a 3-bolt quiver, cocking rope, safety glasses and lube wax are also included. Picatinny mounting options and the modular stock and grip design leave room to personalise the crossbow further if desired.

Zeer goede kwaliteit kruisboog. Robuust, comfortabel met de extra handgreep, fijne red dot en gemakkelijk in elkaar te zetten. Daarnaast is de boog erg goed aan te passen door de picatinny rails.

Prima boog, alhoewel ik achteraf toch liever de cobra had , dat ivm het spanmechanisme .
