The Ek Archery VLAD is a powerful and compact pistol crossbow with a tactical design, an 8-shot magazine and a folding stock that is also used as part of the cocking system. Thanks to the magazine system, you can fire fast follow-up shots without manually placing a new bolt on the rail after every shot. The crossbow still has to be cocked manually after each shot; it is not a fully automatic crossbow.

The VLAD is supplied with two front ends / limbs: 60 lbs and 90 lbs. The 60 lbs setup is easier to cock and suitable for accessible recreational use. The 90 lbs setup offers more power and a higher bolt speed of up to approx. 215 FPS with suitable 6.5 inch bolts. With the 60 lbs limb, the speed is approx. 165 FPS.

A key advantage of the VLAD is its fast loading system. The 8-shot magazine can be filled quickly with the included quick loader, making the VLAD suitable for recreational shooting, precision practice and fast follow-up shots on suitable targets. The folding stock makes the crossbow more compact for transport and storage.

Important warranty information
Breaking, fraying or damage to strings is not covered by warranty. Strings are wear parts and can be damaged by use, insufficient maintenance, incorrect bolts, incorrect cocking or a dry-fire. Always check the string before use and maintain it regularly with suitable string wax.

Please note: use only suitable VLAD 6.5 inch bolts. Bolts from other models may differ in length, diameter or nock and are not automatically suitable for this magazine system. Never shoot without a bolt and always use a safe backstop. Before use, always check the string, limbs, bolts and magazine for damage. Use the crossbow only in a safe location and in accordance with applicable rules.
